Born in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, Barbara Hepworth (1903-1975) is one of the most important artists of the 20th century. Studying at Leeds School of Art, Hepworth had an influential career spanning over fifty years. At the time, British sculpture and modernism was dominated by men.

These postcards feature Hepworth's sculptured photographed in the historic YSP landscape.
