These knives exploit the latest techniques in manufacturing. The high carbon stainless steel blades are hot drop forged and then ice hardened to minus 80°c, producing an exceptionally sharp, hard and durable blade. Blades are then taper ground. Handles are acetal resin. These knives are not only technically excellent, they are especially well balanced and comfortable in the hand. This carefully selected set of the 4 most essential kitchen knives contains: Paring knife 10cm, Cook's knife 12cm, Cook's knife 15cm, Chef's knife 18cm.

UK Delivery:
Delivery is free for orders over £100. For orders under £100 (excluding prints) you can choose from the following delivery options:

International Delivery:
Standard European delivery is £20.00 (7-14 working days).
Standard rest of the World delivery is £30.00 (12-24 working days).

Prints Delivery:
Prints – UK £20.00 (3-5 working days), Europe £50.00 (7-14 working days), rest of the World £70.00 (12-24 working days).

Click and Collect

Click and Collect is available from our Weston Shop. Please allow 2-4 working days from placement of order and await notification that goods are ready, before travelling to collect. No YSP ticket is required to visit the Weston building. Collection times are as follows:

Tuesday through to Sunday - 10am to 4pm only.

Orders will be kept for 14 days from notification that they are available to collect. After this time, orders will be returned and refunded automatically.
